I am a fully trained cardiothoracic surgeon in UK through National Training programme, holding certificate of completion (CCT) of training in cardiothoracic surgery from the General Medical Council (GMC), UK. I have extensive training in routine cardiac procedures plus off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery, valvular surgery, Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI), thoracic and thoraco-abdominal aortic surgery, heart & lung transplantation including mechanical support devices.

Currently I am working as Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon in National Health Services (NHS), performing full range of adult cardiac surgery. I am keen researcher with 19 peer review publications and 2 book chapters. I have also presented on 22 National and International forums. I take great pleasure in teaching that’s why I have been Faculty on 9 different courses including Basic Surgical Skills course from Royal College of Surgeons, England.
