Beating Heart Bypass Operation or CABG
I performed this operation mostly as beating heart on almost 80 – 90% of my patients. It means that I don’t stop the heart and don’t put any pipes in the heart to reduce the risk of any damage.
Mitral Valve Replacement or Repair
I can change the mitral valve or repair it if the pathology is suitable. Most of the patient in Pakistan usually requires replacement because the most common pathology is rheumatic heart valve disease otherwise I can repair the patients own valve to avoid taking warfarin for life.
Repair of Aortic Dissection
